Arizona Immigration Laws

Dear Bird Talk,
We were thinking of visiting Arizona. However, their new “anti-illegal” law is very intimidating. What exactly would count as proof of being there legally for a Canadian? Would we have to force the border person to stamp our passports, legibly?

Ed: I do not believe that the new Arizona law will affect snowbirds in any way. The media have blown this way out of proportion and what you see on the news is NOT what the new law says. Arizona is a wonderful place to visit and Medipac has been putting on shows there for many years. We love it and recommend it. Have a wonderful trip!
