NEXUS renewal

We have had our NEXUS renewal applications submitted and paid for since August 2022. Our current cards expire in August 2023. We have not heard anything from the Canadian or American border people. Is there any group or government representative we can contact to follow up on our renewal status?

If your application status is “Pending Review,” then your application has been received and is being processed. Please note that processing times vary by applicant.
