CSA Member Advisory – As the vast majority of Canadian NEXUS offices remain closed due to an ongoing dispute over legal protections, earlier this week Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a joint statement on the NEXUS program.

Greetings from the snowy North. Pat and I are waiting patiently for our year-end party, where we will give out staff bonuses and awards for long-term service. This year, we have several “30 years of service” awards for employees, and many 25-, 15- and 10-year awards as well. Our employees love working for Medipac and taking care of snowbirds and many end up working well past the standard retirement age of 65.

CSA Member Advisory -Federal officials announced that as of October 1, 2022, all travellers arriving in Canada will no longer have to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter Canada or meet COVID-19 testing, quarantine or isolation requirements. All travellers will also no longer have to submit their public health information through ArriveCAN.
